About Dad & Son Painting
About Us
My dad and I have been painting together in Denver for 15 years. Prior to that, my dad painted for three years for various companies. When I was fourteen he began taking me to job sites to teach me his passion: painting. Since then we have been learning together and gaining knowledge and experience in doing residential and commercial interior and exterior work. Over the last four years we have been doing a lot of high end detail work including refinishing cabinets, matching stain, faux painting, and glazing.
Customer-Centered
We are a small business, and my father and I are involved in all of the jobs we do. Either my dad, or myself work at the jobsite each day. We welcome your feedback and are happy to explain the process of the work we are doing.
In Your Home
We maintain a clean environment in your home. We spend a substantial amount of time prepping before the painting process begins so that your carpet, windows, vents and other susceptible areas are not affected. Likewise, it is important to us that you feel comfortable while we are working in your home. Our crews are held to high professional mannerisms and will be respectful and clean in your home.
Meet the Team
Founder
Jesus Mulato (Dad)
With over 18 years experience painting in the Denver Metro Area, Dad is wise in how to handle many painting situations. Jesus has a strong work ethic and gets things done in a timely manner. He is great at spraying and putting the finishing touches on your home. When he is not working, he enjoys leading at church and spending time with his grandchildren.
Manager
Jesus Mulato (Son)
Dad started teaching Jesus the art of painting as a teenager. Now Jesus has 15 years of professional painting experience. Jesus is a great communicator and keeps open communication between the team and the homeowners. When not working, Jesus loves to travel with his wife and take many photos.
Team Lead
Jose Rocha
Jose has four years of painting experience, all with Dad and Son Painting. He is a natural leader and a great mentor to new team members. Jose is very detail oriented and takes pride in everything he does. Jose is a family man who spends all his time outside of work with his adorable son and wife.

Valentin Corros
Valentin has two years of painting experience in Denver. He is deliberate in how he approaches each task, and is supportive of the team’s goals. Vale is always working to keep customers home clean and dust-free. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and exploring all the great food Denver has to offer.

Jonatan Mulato
Jonathan has 13 years of painting experience and was trained by Dad. Jonatan is amazing at finishing cabinets and custom woodwork. He also takes care of the carpentry needs for all of our customers. In the evenings and on the weekends, Jonatan loves to spend time with his two kids!

Elis Morales
Elis has seven years painting experience and was trained by Jonatan and Jesus (son). Elis is great at prep-work, which is critical for our painting results. He is also great at spraying. Elis is very athletic. Outside of work, he enjoys playing in a soccer league.

Manuel Torres
Manny has 12 years of painting experience. Prior to professional painting, he worked as a drywaller and has a lot of experience texturing walls. He takes care of drywalling needs of customers. Manny is one of the hardest workers you will meet. He is one of our lead sprayers. He loves to kick back and watch football!

Daniel Arizmendi
Daniel is new to the team and learning quickly. He comes to work everyday eager to learn new techniques. Daniel is meticulous about following protocols and keeping the homes clean. When he is not working, Daniel enjoys adventuring around Denver with his wife.
